We believe that content relevance changes hyper locally and that it is not content(bigger/better/different) but hyper personalization, the ability to predict, plan & recommend the learning outcomes per child that make a distinctive learning experience. And that technology should be aspiration, inclusive, and intuitively human. **What we are looking for:** - Strong communication skills , commitment and a drive to learn - Abilty to work with little direction, make most of your mentor’s time, ability to understand when you are stuck and need help  - Very strongly entrepreneurial - Should have published at least one mobile app on Play Store end to end , either as a freelancer, side project, or within a setup of a company. Please share the link to playstore.  **Technical requirements** - Basic understanding of Android Architecture, Framework, Android SDK, Core Java, Android Studio IDE, Android Debugger - Build application logic & develop user facing features in Kotlin. - Understands system design and Architecture, UX , logging , reporting stack on AWS - and can work with both HL and low level architecture . - Translate designs & wireframes into high-quality code. - Build reusable components & front-end libraries for future use, as and wherever needed. - Abilty to understand the frontend architecture, plan, scope and deliver with little direction - Basic understanding of UI components & controls; Action Bars, Widgets, Fragments etc. - •Basic understanding of Web Service Integration (REST, JSON, XML) & a basic understanding of cloud technologies(AWS et al) There will be 2 rounds of interviews. **Duration: **3 Months **Stipend: **Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 per month This is a fast learning experience supported by 3 senior mentors.
