Responsibilities - Study design briefs, write up for which the illustrations are being planned, and determine requirements - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas - Develop illustrations,other designs using software or by hand - Shape the visual aspects of website, app, blog, social media, magazine, newsletter & more - Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic in sync with brand guidelines  - Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design - Test graphics across various media - Amend designs after feedback - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Tools A mix of tools - but more than that knowing which tool is right for the job and getting it done within timelines. Startups are about hustle, creativity, and often that means there will be different degrees of perfection .  Intermediate : Adobe Ps, Pr, Lr, Ae.  Basic softwares - filmora and inshot Preferred for audio/ music purposes - fl studio, audacity. **As a part of the screening, you will be given 1 visual to come up within timelines**, and your selection will be basis that. You will also describe the thought process of designing . The form needs you to submit 3 of your best illustration .  The candidate should have a problem solving mindset, confident and clear communication, strong learnability, creativity and illustration skills.
